FAQ – Returns And Exchanges

How do I return an item purchased?
You have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you.

Oraymee will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, altered and or used, and that all labels and tags are attached.

To return or exchange an item, the original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip.

Your package contains a Return and Exchange form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.

You can use our return label which is included in your package
A return shipping fee applicable at the time of return will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise if the reason for the return is traceable to you. If you have lost the return form you can print a new one by contacting us for a new return address label, please contact Customer Service.

If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our Warehouse. Oraymee is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Oraymee. Oraymee does not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).

Note: If we are at fault regarding your need to initiate a return and or exchange we will gladly take care of the cost associated with your returns.
