Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

You have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you. Oraymee will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

How do I return an item?
The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns and or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Your package contains a Return and or Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.

You can use our return label which is included in your package. A return shipping fee applicable at the time of return will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise if the reason for the return is traceable to you. If you have lost the return form and or you need a new return address label, you can contact Customer Service via our email address: wecare@oraymee.com.

Note: If we are at fault regarding your need to initiate a return and or exchange we will gladly pay for the return shipping fees.

If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Oraymee is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Oraymee. Oraymee does not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).

Credit Card Refunds
Your credit card refund will most definitely be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are none refundable.

Note: If we are at fault regarding your need to initiate a return and or exchange we will gladly take care of the cost associated with your returns.

Please, allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive via email and maybe text, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Oraymee may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
